Gold is back again this fall and this time it has teamed up with black to make a stunning statement in fall fashion.  According to InStyle,

In order to pull off this look, let gold take center stage, but maintain exclusivity with the color black as its only partner. No need to accessorize this look as the gold shines enough on its own and try to stick with just one standout piece that can take you all the way through the holidays!

Your first answer might be a newspaper, but what I'm really talking about is a popular and classic color combo that has been making it's presence known this season.  Playing with red can be like playing with fire, so pairing it with basics like black and white takes the guess work out of it.  Mix and match tops and bottoms for balance or go with one statement red piece and keep the others basic.
