Poppy and Stella's    2011 Charity Shopping Events benefiting CAF Triathlon Challenge  "Changing Lives, One Athlete at a Time"   Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is an amazing organization that provides funding and opportunities for individuals with physical challenges to allow them to participate in sports and lead healthy, active lifestyles.
